The second stream explores the business of programme making: how ideas are generated and evaluated, the different models of funding, the processes and people required to take an initial concept through Development into the Commissioning stage, gaining that all-important green light to go into Production, managing the budget via Production Accounting, and then onto Distribution and further commercial exploitation.

Production Management

Take a deep dive into how a programme is made and the role of production management; what does it take to deliver a show on time to budget and with high production values.

Production Accounting

Understand the role of production accounting, why it is important, what production accountants do and how they support the production process.

Distribution & Exploitation

This module provides key insights into the role of Distribution in generating significant revenue from selling and exploiting programme assets across international markets.
